Membership– In order to access certain features of Nurseq12, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process, must be 18 years old to register.  

Prohibited Activities- Members agree not to engage in any activities that are illegal, harmful, or violate the rights of others. This includes, but not limited to posting or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringing.  

Product Listing- Only members signed up to sell products are eligible to create a storefront and list items for sale. It is the members responsibility to ensure accurate description, images, and pricing information on all products.  

Arbitration- Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms and use shall be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.  

Limitation of Liability- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurseq12 shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, including but not limited to any loss of profit, revenue, or data.  

Modification of Terms- Nurseq12 reserves the right to modify or update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
